Jim Britton, Vice President

Jim is a health care industry executive with international management experience ranging from manufacturing to distribution. Jim has a reputation as a strategic thinker, with abilities to implement operational plans to reduce costs and increase profit margins.
Jim started his health care career at C.R. Bard with 14 years in sales and product management positions. Subsequent experience in medical devices came with Roche Medical Electronics, a manufacturer of diagnostic and patient monitoring equipment. International exposure was obtained with Huntleigh Technology, a British based manufacturer with worldwide distribution. With the responsibilities for growing the US based operations, business expanded to address new markets in acute and home care. |
While with Huntleigh, he held various corporate positions, including President of the US operations. Upon leaving Huntleigh, Jim started two medical device companies that were subsequently acquired. He has been working as a consultant for US based manufacturers since 1996.
He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers University.

Timothy Crowley, Vice President
Global Expansion and Market Development
Tim has 30 years experience in the marketing and distribution of medical devices for US companies in overseas markets. He started his career at Acufex Microsurgical, then a startup, where he spent nine years building its highly profitable international volume to represent 30% of total sales. He subsequently co-founded Cortek, a spinal implant company. Most recently, he has consulted with numerous medical device companies in a variety of markets, including neurosurgery, dermatology, general surgery and endoscopy. In his assignments, he has helped to define new markets, identify entry strategies, approach key target audiences, and establish distribution structures. |
Tim is perfectly at home in foreign markets presenting US products. He knows who to contact, how to approach them, what questions to ask, and the pitfalls to avoid. As part of his activities, he has lived throughout Europe and South America and is fluent in five languages.
Tim holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Jill Arthur, Manager - Accounts
Client Management, Marketing Research, and Project Support
As Account Manager, Jill makes sure everything we promise the clients does, in fact, get done properly and on time. She screens, selects and manages outside research facilities; schedules and conducts phone interviews; manages the databases; manages host websites during Internet interviews; handles the payroll and accounting functions, and coordinates our schedules.
Her previous career included account management functions with several advertising agencies. Most recently, she was a Management Supervisor with Arnold Communications, Inc., on the Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. account. Previous agency experience included Hayes Harwood Communications; North Castle Partners Advertising; Warwick, Baker and Fiore Advertising; and Staley, Falcone & Gaynor.
Jill holds a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Colorado. |

Elizabeth Kidder, Manager - Special Projects
Marketing Communications, Secondary Market Analyses and Profiling, and Client Support
Liz brings her health care-specific marketing communications skills to RF Caffrey & Associates. Based on experience with biotech, pharmaceutical and medical devices while working with Acom Healthcare, Liz is attuned to helping solve creative and strategic problems within the health care industry. As part of the client support team, Liz brings her experience in account and project management.
Market analyses and industry intelligence are also key parts of Liz’s research experience. Using consumer, medical and business research tools, clients are given the information to understand their product, competition or market more fully. |
