Bruce Rosenbauer
Mr. Rosenbauer is our expert in the field of acquisitions and divestitures, having been involved in U.S. and international transactions ranging from $1 million to over $400 million.

His early career included sales for Pharmaseal, a division of American Hospital Supply, which led to product development responsibility. He then held marketing management positions at Air-Shields, Inc. and Organon Pharmaceuticals where he launched the Tempa-Dot disposable thermometer. Bruce joined a division of C.R. Bard where his strategic assessment resulted in a series of acquisition and divestitures. He then moved to Bard's corporate office as Director of Business Development, where he worked with nine divisions on strategic and new business planning, which included a series of acquisitions and divestitures. Bruce's last corporate assignment was at Kimberly-Clark's Professional Health Care sector, where his team was responsible for the growth strategy and analysis resulting in the acquisition of publicly traded Tecnol Medical Products for $425 million.

Bruce holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A from Columbia University.
