Jill S. Arthur
Jill is our Account Manager and, as such, basically makes sure everything we promise the clients does, in fact, get done properly and on time. She also screens, selects and manages outside research facilities; schedules and conducts phone interviews; manages the databases; manages host websites during Internet interviews; handles the payroll and accounting functions, and coordinates our schedules.

Her previous career included account management functions with several advertising agencies. Most recently, she was a Management Supervisor with Arnold Communications, Inc., on the Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. account. Previous agency experience included Hayes Harwood Communications; North Castle Partners Advertising; Warwick, Baker and Fiore Advertising; and Staley, Falcone & Gaynor. Earlier in her career, she held internships with Yankelovick, Skelley and White, Inc., and BBDO Advertising.

Jill holds a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Colorado.
