Richard F. Caffrey, President
Principal of the company, Mr. Caffrey has been a Management Consultant for seventeen years, and formed his own company fifteen years ago.

His expertise includes marketing research, strategic planning, business development and management recruiting. Rich has twenty years of corporate experience in marketing, sales, business development, and marketing research, in both senior-line and senior-staff positions. In addition, he managed a small, privately-held business.

His titles and responsibilities have included: Vice President, John R. Starr, Inc., a management consulting firm; President, Chief Operating Officer, CPM Inc., a New England based specialty paper company; Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Codman & Shurtleff (Johnson & Johnson), a surgical instruments and equipment company; Group Product Director, Surgikos (Johnson & Johnson), a marketer of medical products and supplies; Vice President of Business Development, Chicopee (Johnson & Johnson), a nonwoven fabrics supplier; and Marketing Research Manager, Sealtest Foods.

He holds both B.S. and M.B.A. degrees in Business Administration from Seton Hall University.
