We offer a full range of strategic planning support activites, primarily to small-to-medium sized companies. Most clients recognize the need to do business and strategic planning, however, they typically lack the time and focus to accomplish it effectively. We offer the necessary tools, assist in the information collection and assessment, and identify the appropriate market strategies and tactics for consideration.

We keep the planning process as uncomplicated as possible by reducing what is typically an abundance of information into easily understood formats and summary reviews. Our intent is to involve all key management in the process, act as the catalyst for consideration of new ideas and approaches, and keep the activity on a reasonable time schedule. The chief planner remains the client; we are the facilitators.
